  • Red Nose Day: staff v children

    In addition to wearing red, dressing silly or wearing our clothes backwards, we had a great time in a staff v children battle.  

    This included a dance off, over and under, heads and tails toss, a rock/paper/scissor off AND a draw off (you might recognise the model for this). Despite our best efforts, the children were victorious!

    Reception and Year One went to Colfox on Friday to meet some cute, cuddly, creepy creatures AND we were visited by a fossil expert, who taught the children lots of fascinating fossil facts!

  • Cross Country Capers

    BPS Cross Country Team did an amazing job on Tuesday! 

    We had three Year 3/4 teams and three Year 5/6 teams taking part (amazing!), and so many of our runners finished in the top three places in their laps! 

    • Year 3/4 Team A finished 3rd overall. 

    • Year 3/4 Team B won their event and finished 7th overall. 

    • Year 3/4 Team C placed 11th overall. 

    • Year 5/6 Team A finished in 2nd place. 

    • Year 5/6 Team B won their event and finished 4th overall. 

    • Year 5/6 Team C came 10th overall.
